When will my order ship?
All orders will ship next day if placed before 5:00pm CA time. Exceptions are of course, weekends and holidays.
I haven't received my order, what do I do?
If you have not received your order please email us with order number and date placed. We will be happy to look into shipping updates. However, please keep in mind weekends and Holidays. Especially during the holiday season.
My order arrived but it's damaged, what can I do?
Please don't hesitate to reach out by sending us and email along with pictures of damaged order. We will do our best to make it right. However, keep in mind we aren't responsible for damages done by the post office. You have 7 days after order is marked delivered to let us know of any damages.
Do you offer Refunds or exchanges?Unfortunately no. However, if there is a discrepancy on our part, we would be more than glad to help with a new item as long as the broken/damaged item is shipped back to us within that 7 day time frame mentioned above.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! Absolutely! Please refer to the image below. If you're ready to place a custom order please reach out through Instagram to place said order. Email works as well, however Instagram is our preferred method of communication.
